• We will install your equipment on the date that you request (accessible as you checkout)
• We will contact you to arrange a morning or an afternoon appointment and will confirm a more accurate arrival time on the morning of the installation.
• When we arrive we will un-box the equipment and agree with you where you would like it put.
• We will also agree where on the outside of your building you would like the satellite dish located.
• We will install the dish and equipment for you, tune it in and talk you through Freesat.
• We will only leave when it is working perfectly. We ask you to sign to acknowledge a job well done

What installation service do I need?

Standard installation* is on a property up to 3 storeys in height, where the dish is installed below gutter height. A qualified and accredited installer will complete the work using approved, quality materials. We will locate the dish up to 23m from the TV point, drill and seal any holes. We will ensure cables are cut to size and if necessary discreetly trunked to walls. We will clear up any mess we may have made. In about 5% of cases there may be a need for additional work to be done that is not covered in the standard installation. We will quote you a market rate and complete the work. If you choose you do not want this additional work done you can cancel your complete order and we will provide a full refund.
